Features in this Performance 10,500lb Winch is durable 6.6 HP Series Wound motor for long life and extra pulling power as well as a tough 3 stage planetary gear box with a 218:1 gear ratio delivering power and reliablitlity and is constructed with Dyneema SK-75 fiber from the Netherlands.

This fiber is significantly stronger than the same diameter steel cable and up to 40% stronger than Kevlar. Will not splinter, kink or curl like wire rope & floats in water and is 1/7 the weight of the same diameter wire rope. Specially coated to be resistant to UV, abrasions and chemical solvents.
